Detlef Schmidt
Detlef is a Senior Advisor at Vee Partner. For him, consulting is more than just offering smart advice. What truly matters are measurable and tangible results. This requires not only analytical and conceptual skills but, above all, a high degree of flexibility in thinking, strong empathy, and the ability to integrate into the client’s world. Marc Berger
Marc is a Senior Advisor at Vee Partner. For him, consulting means putting people at the center of everything. In a group, the individual becomes part of a cohesive, strong system. He believes that the answers to the questions lie within the system itself. His role is to listen, ask the right questions, and provide methodical support – in the spirit of Henry Ford’s words:“The secret of success is to understand the viewpoint of others.”
